Chorus has begun! We have rehearsals on Tuesday mornings at 8AM and Thursday afternoons from 3:35 to 4:05. Please be on time to pick up your child from the afternoon rehearsal, as I have a second job to get to by 4:30!

I have held auditions for the solo parts in Hard Knock Life. I am so pleased with how brave everyone was!
I used a point system of 1-5 based on pitch, “power”, behavior and comittment. If pitch was off, then I took a point, if the singer was weak ( no power to project) I took a point. If they tend to need re-direction during practice ( behavior) or do not come often to rehearsals when tracked in ( comittment), that is also a consideration. I had several 4′s and and those are the students who will get solos. I will anounce them on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
